Cancellation Policy

To book your service we require a 50% deposit of the total cost, the rest is due to pay in person after the day of the service. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you do not show to your scheduled appointment time, or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, cancellation fees will apply according to our policy below

• Cancelling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a loss of the 50% deposit payed to reserve the service .

• No-shows will be subject to loose the 50% deposit payed to reserve the service.

• Appointments made within the 24-hour period, can not be canceled or will be subject to a non refundable charge of the amount payed to reserve the service .

• At Hollowbone health is our priority, if you present any symptoms of COVID or any other seasonal disease, please let us know, and we will refund your deposit or reschedule for another available time.  This is very important because massage and body work are contraindicated in the first three days of presenting symptoms of getting sick. Is better to respect the healing cycles of the body and dont push it, if we don't respect this it can take you into a healing crisis and make you feel worst rather than better. 

• We reserve the right to cancel your service if we arrive to the appointment and you are not feeling well, if you haven't mention anything to us prior to your service, your deposit wont be refunded.

 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment. Hollowbone Holistic Spa & Wellness are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clients. Appointment Confirmation

As a courtesy, you will receive a text & email reminder after you book your appointment and prior to your service. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid late arrival, missed appointments and cancellation fees.

 

Refunds

Hollowbone Holistic Spa & Wellness has a no refund policy on services completed. We offer complimentary fixes within 5-7 days of the service completion pending approval of each massage therapist. Depending on your bank, a refund can take several day to see it reflected in your account.
